Cushion Ease
These are modular mats (914 x 914 mm) with clips to join them into any configuration. Ramps can be attached for safety. They have a moulded back to provide an active surface with stabilizing features to prevent back stress. The mouldings also provide drainage under the mats. There are two versions of mat, one with drainage holes for wet areas and one with a solid surface for dry areas. The mats can be mixed and matched to suit any environment. They are made of natural rubber with some nitrile content to resist oils, greases and chemicals. The nitrile enhances flexibility and durabilty and also removes the harsh raw rubber smell that can pervade the workplace. These mats have been tested to 10,000 volts for electrical environments.
There is a version of this mat which is terracotta in colour. They have a high nitrile content to provide a high resistance to animal fats. The design and formulation is USDA approved for use in abattoirs and kitchens.
Comfort Zone
These are mats that come in standard sizes (914 x 1500 mm) with built in safety ramps. The construction is slightly lighter than that of Cushion Ease.They have a moulded back to provide an active surface with stabilizing features to prevent back stress. The mouldings also provide drainage under the mats. The mats are made of natural rubber with a some nitrile content to resist oils and greases and chemicals. Nitrile enhances flexibility and durabilty during daily use and it also removes the harsh raw smell that can pervade the workplace with lesser quality rubber compounds.
There are two additional versions of Comfort Zone which are terracotta in colour or blue. The terracotta version has extra nitrile in it to provide a very high resistance to animal fats. The design and formulation is USDA approved for use in abattoirs and kitchens. The blue mats are made of100% nitrile rubber and are highly resistant to organic and inorganic fats, oils & greases except brake oil and acetones.
Comfort King
Comfort King comes in two standard widths 910mm and 1200mm in 18 metre rolls. We stock two colours, blue and black They have a toughened, textured upper surface to prevent slips and reduce wear. The matting is a closed cell foam made from XLAN, a proprietary patented material. The material has very high wear resistance and high resiliance. It provides insulation from the cold and significant comfort and relief from hard floors. The smooth back of the mat means it forms a vacuum seal on the floor and hence once in place on smooth floors will not move.
Diamond Plate
These mats come in several standard sizes and in 18 metre rolls. They have a vinyl surface with a raised diamond pattern on it to prevent slips. The vinyl is backed with a closed cell foam to provide insulation from the cold and some relief from hard floors.
