Grit Top
This is a closed cell foam mat 914mm in width up to 18 metres long. It has a coarse carborundum grit bound to the surface to prevent slips. It provides insulation from cold floors and some anti-fatigue properties in addition to the non-slip feature.
Heron Air
This is a vinyl grid mat made of welded square section vinyl tubing. The surface has an anti slip treatment applied to both upper and lower surfaces. It is popular for use in showers, boat decks and other wet areas. The construction allows fluids to run through underneath.
Flexi-rib
Flexi-rib is a grid mat constructed of heavy, square section solid vinyl strips. The surface is textured to prevent slipping. The bottom support strips are shaped to provide lateral drainage for fluids, the net result is that water and other fluids can drain in all directions. The material is impregnated with anti-bacterial and anti-fungal treatments. These mats are ideal for wet areas, are extremely hard wearing and do not provide shelter for bacteria and moulds to breed.
Vynagrip
This is a vinyl grid mat made of welded square section solid vinyl. Both upper and lower surfaces are anti-slip . It is popular for use in showers, on boat decks, behind bars and in other wet areas. The construction allows fluids to run through underneath the mat. This is a heavy duty mat capable of handling heavy impacts. This matting is also used for animal areas to allow hosing down and is suitable for horse floats, recovery areas in veterinary surgeries etc. Vynagrip handles sub-zero temperatures and as such is ideal for fridges & freezers. Vynagrip will withstand impact from forklifts etc. in normal working environments.
Crossgrip
This is a vinyl grid mat specially designed in consultation with the construction and property industries. It is designed for use on the the roofs of buildings, especially around machinery and plant. The construction is of welded square section solid vinyl, similar to Vynagrip. The lower cross struts are more closely spaced than in Vynagrip. Both upper and lower surfaces are anti-slip . It can also be used in showers, on boat decks, behind bars and other wet areas. Fluids can run through underneath the mat thus eliminating slip hazards and raising tools and equipment out of water and spilled fluids. This is a heavy duty mat capable of handling heavy impacts.
Heron Air, Flexi-rib, Vynagrip and Crossgrip matting comes in roll form, in various colours and can be cut to any length desired. Accessories are available for ramping edges, joining mats, fastening to surfaces etc.
