Entrance Matting

These mats are extremely elegant and well finished. They come in standard sizes only. The construction of the mat is rubber with a 28oz polypropylene face. It is moulded to provide nibs on the back, a surface with coin shaped raised areas and an edge that ramps to the ground. The nibs reduce movement on carpets, the raised areas provide harder cleaning & drainage for water and the ramps enhance safety.

Poly Nib matting is very hard wearing. The surface is a compact 28oz polypropylene fibre for wicking away water rolled into a vinyl backing. The surface is finished as a compact small diamond pattern which does not flatten. Arrowtrax is a very hard wearing mat with a chevron pattern in the surface with wide lands to scrape, and hold dirt away from the soles of shoes. This heavy duty matting is hard wearing. The surface is a 28oz polypropylene fibre for wicking away water rolled into a vinyl backing. These mats are moulded rubber mats for external use. The mats have a solid backing with built in water dams / safety ramps. The upper surface comprises small fingers which work into the soles of shoes and boots to remove grit and sand. This is an excellent first line of prevention, removing heavy dirt and water outside the entrance to the building. It is also used extensively as cleaning and anti-slip mats in foot/shoe sterilisation baths in entrances to sterile locations such as food production areas.
